In the brides own words: Her sister's wedding was flawless, stress free and she couldn't wait to have me coordinate her own affair.
I remember waking up that morning and it was pouring rain. All I could think was umbrellas and lot's of them. Oddly enough I felt that the sun gods would appear since every wedding that I have coordinated has turned out with wonderful weather when you least expect it. As the day progressed the rain went away and it was clear skies for this fab affair.

A panoramic poster / seating chart with the couples engagement shot helped guest to find their tables.
For Favors the bride and groom treated their guests to personalized M&M's that included their picture, names and wedding date .
The table numbers were also personalized
The table arrangements consisted of Manzanita branches, roses and hydrangeas.
Mariachi serenaded the bride, groom and guests!
They also chose a custom Gobo 
The Cake
Oh and the best part of the evening was the Sundae Bar!! Yum!
